Wild Soft

Working on this series has been a meditation for me over the last two years--a way to practice walking through challenging terrain while maintaining a sense of inner softness. Wild Soft is a phrase I come back to again and again as a touchstone, an invitation to myself to make room for everything that feels fierce and unruly in me without losing connection to lushness, breath and balance.

The pieces are made with gouache and mixed media on 11 x 14” Bristol board.
